• The clearer picture the better effect for the photo necklace, you can upload any picture, it can be an image about dog, cat , bird, rabbit or any other animals. The pixels of picture must be more than 1000 * 1000, otherwise, it will affect the customized pendant effect.

a.For customized products we usually take 2-3 days to process your unique order. For metal car and photo custom order we need 3-4 days to design the draft and send it to the customers to make sure they are 100% satisfied with it.

b.Quality inspection. We need to ensure that each product is perfect when it reaches the customer.

c.Transport packaging. Because the products are precious, they need to be carefully packed to avoid damage during transportation.

d.Whether there is inventory. For some very popular products, we cannot guarantee that they will always be in stock. We regularly monitor the inventory to ensure that the products are in stock.
