How do I place an order?
Find the products you like and click on "ADD TO CART".
For custom items you need to enter your custom info in personalized bar and click on "ADD TO CART".
Go to the shopping bag by clicking on the BAG icon located in the top right corner of the page, and once there, click "CHECK OUT". Then, fill in your information and click "PLACE ORDER".
Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email email@example.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org
However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details. If you placed the custom items, we are sorry we couldn't refund you, we do hope for your understanding.
My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?
If you have created an account with us you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at email@example.com.
I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.
How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?
On the checkout page, there is an option to "Enter Discount Code".
Simply enter your voucher or discount code and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Order Processing
It normally takes 2-4 business days for us to process your order.
Product processing time depends on the following aspects:
- For customized products we usually take 2-3 days to process your unique order. For metal car and photo custom order we need 3-4 days to design the draft and send it to the customers to make sure they are 100% satisfied with it.
- Quality inspection. We need to ensure that each product is perfect when it reaches the customer.
- Transport packaging. Because the products are precious, they need to be carefully packed to avoid damage during transportation.
- Whether there is inventory. For some very popular products, we cannot guarantee that they will always be in stock. We regularly monitor the inventory to ensure that the products are in stock.

The shipping time is a estimated time. Invalid address, customs clearance procedures, the COVID-2019, the bad weather or other reasons will lead to a longer delivery time than expected.
3. About Tax
We ship from China but the customs duties is included in the shipping cost, you don't need to pay additional fees. If your order over $59, we will pay the shipping custom fees. Please note that according to customs regulations, wwart cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
