Return & Exchange

1. REFUND

For reasons of hygiene and the fact that our products are custom made, we do not exchange or give a full refund unless an item you have received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

  • Significantly different from the description
  • Damaged by fault of our factory or carrier
  • Not what you ordered

Please note that in other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer a partial refund (excluding shipping costs):

A NOTICE:

  • We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased during a sale or promotion.
  • We usually DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer errors such as:

- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Therefore, please check your order carefully before checking out to ensure your order is correct

- Incorrect delivery addresses

- Invalid address entry

- Improper care, damage from use.

Our company can only give you a reorder discount in the above cases.

Please allow 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you received as advertised images sometimes could be slightly different in color from the actual item due to the lighting during photoshooting or the monitor's display.

If the product is damaged when it is received or it is an incorrect product, the customer does not need to bear the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us and we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, for non-quality-related reasons, we do not assume the shipping costs of the return.

Please note that our policy of 14 days from delivery date or 30 days from order date applies to replacement/refund requests only. If your purchase is outside of this period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement or refund.

To make a claim, please contact us at service@woodworkart.cc and provide the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number
  • Video/photo of the defective product
  • If your claim relates to a typographical error, please include photos of the error.
  • If your claim relates to a print size or a placement issue, please add a tape measure, stick or ruler to the photos of the affected garments.
  • If some of your items are missing, please provide us with a picture of the envelope of the package you received with the detailed shipping label so we can forward it to our production department to investigate the issue

We will review the photos/videos you sent of the defective item and if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. In the rare event that shipping a replacement product is not practical, we will refund you the full cost of the Eligible Product (including shipping costs).

  • The refund process can take up to 14 business days and will be credited to your original form of payment.
  • Alterations to substitute items are not permitted.
  • Remember not to return the items received as we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you have any order problem before returning products.

2. REPLACEMENT

Currently we do not offer returns under any circumstances , we only offer replacements . If your item is defective, you do not have to return the original item and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

We do not allow changes to substitute items.

We want your order to be filled exactly the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please verify your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, names and options carefully.

Your order can only be canceled and changed within 02 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is blocked for processing and can no longer be canceled or changed.
