It usually takes 4-7 business days for us to process your order.

The processing time of the products depends on the following aspects:

1. Manufacturing: Producing the unique items and imprinting your name on the product.

2. Quality Check. We have to make sure every product is perfect when it reaches the customer.

3. Transport packaging. Since the products are valuable, they must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transportation.

4. Whether there is stock. For some very popular products we cannot guarantee that they will always be in stock. We regularly monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock.
