Do you have an actual store that I can visit?
No, if you want to return or exchange an item you must send it back by post.
What happens if my package is stolen?
Once a package has the status "Delivered", we are no longer responsible for the package. You must file a theft report with the carrier and file a report with the local police to receive a refund from a credit card or banking institution.
How do I return an item?
An item can be returned via USPS or UPS mail. The item must be securely packaged and returned in its original packaging. Please note that we are NOT responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a delivery confirmation for all returns. You must postage the returned package.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to cuzdeco. If your item is received defective or broken, please email customer service regarding a return or exchange.
How will my refund be issued?
Your refund will be in the form of payment that you originally submitted for the purchase.
How long does my return take?
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of cuzdeco receiving the returned item.
How long do I have to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition for a refund within 30 days. (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). Items must be returned in their original condition.
Can I return my 'Return to Sender' package?
"Return to Sender" is NOT an authorized return method. Any shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the customer. Parcels must be returned postage paid; We do not accept cash on delivery deliveries.
